How to Measure
TIPS: If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler. For the best fit, we recommend you measure without clothing on.
1 Neck
Measure around the middle of your neck. For a comfortable fit, make sure the measuring tape is not too tight
2 Sleeve
Hold one arm down at your side with your elbow slightly bent. Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down your arm, stopping at your wrist
3 Chest
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
