Orders & Payment

Times vary based on your shipping address. Orders shipped Standard usually arrive within 3 - 8 business days. Select orders are shipped Standard 2-Day and arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Orders shipped Express usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days. For example, an order placed after 1:30PM EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday and arrive on the following Wednesday.

If you have an account with us, you can see the status of your order by signing in and selecting your order ID. Guests can also track orders here.

After you place an order on, we send you a confirmation email.  We then send you an email with tracking information for each shipment.  If you haven't received an email from us, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. If you need more help with orders, please contact us

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Returned garments must be in original unused condition with tags attached. Items ordered from may not be returned through retail stores.

Sounds simple, but first make sure you are entering the correct code. Also, refer to the terms and conditions associated with the particular promotion code you are trying to use to confirm that your purchase is eligible for the promotion. Many codes cannot be combined with other offers. Most of our promotion codes have expiration dates, and many are only eligible for use a single time. We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry though, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. Contact us if you need assistance.

We ship anywhere within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses.

If you purchase an item on at full price and then find it for sale on at a lower price, a one-time price adjustment may be applied within 14 days of your original purchase date. Price adjustments apply only to the same item (same style, color, and size) purchased at full price (or with an discount applied to full price) on Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be made in-store. Price adjustments cannot be made for purchases made in retail stores or on third party websites. Items purchased as Final Sale or with Black Friday or Cyber Monday pricing are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment (processing times may vary). Please contact us to request a price adjustment and include your order number in your message. You must make your price adjustment request within 14 days of your original purchase to be eligible for an adjustment. We may require additional information, which may include proof of the lower price, in order to process a price adjustment request.
